loved this small hotel, good and perfect location and new-fashioned rooms. location: the venue was right by the apple harvest festival in syria va and hiking old rag mountain and the mountains. it also was in the middle of jackson.

Unfortunately, during my night here, I encountered three bugs, a big no-go for me. The sheets had noticeable stains and the sound isolation was lacking, leading to a less-than-ideal night's sleep. The sink showed signs of age with some rust, and even though they offered breakfast, it was quite limited was great. For $150 a night, I expected a bit more, especially considering the carpet was not well-vacuumed and overall, cleanliness could have been better.

It was great being so close to The State Theatre with some lovely entertainment options for my four teenagers. The spacious room was a hit with everyone.
My kids wished the pool was open . It would have been an excellent way for them to unwind after hours on the road.
